The GUEST-1 kit is simple to install for any hotel and packed with powerful features. It delivers superior performance at a lower cost compared to other solutions. The GIS-R4 controller securely shares your Internet connection among many guests while preventing abuse. This kit comes pre-configured and almost ready to use—just complete the quick GIS-R4 setup wizard to create your custom login page. No special technical skills are needed. You can choose how to manage guest Internet access, with access codes being a popular option.

Guest Internet controllers will protect your business with a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant firewall that blocks access to business computers and point of sale terminals. Guest Internet performance and failure monitoring will send an email alert if any access points, the controller or the ISP Internet connection fails. Note: The number of people who can connect to a Guest internet controller is determined by factors such as internet data speed, data speed allocated to each user and the duration of access permitted for each user.

The GIS-R4 controller has a performance of up to 300Mbp/s throughput. Each AP200 indoor wireless access point has a wireless performance of 300Mbp/s with a throughput of 100Mbp/s.

    NOTE: For the past 10 years Guest Internet has used a PayPal business account service to permit Guest Internet customers to charge for Internet use using credit cards. This is the PayPal business account virtual Point-of-Sales (PoS). We have been informed that new PayPal business accounts no longer provide the virtual Point-of-Sales (PoS) service, although this service will continue to be provided for older accounts. Guest Internet provides several methods to charge for Internet access, and can provide a technical document for programmers that explains how to integrate the Guest Internet cloud with any credit card processor that provides an Application Program Interface (API).
    3. Point of sale system using the Guest Internet GIS-TP1 ticket printer connected to any controller, to print out WiFi access on demand.
    4. Download access codes to print onto scratch-cards which are sold to users.
    5. With the Guest Internet cloud API connect to any payment system, including Mobile Money that is popular around the world. Please note that the Mobile Money gateway is installed by our partner in Ghana and is an additional cost for the Guest Internet customer.
