Order Processing

WISPzone.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline processing the order for any reason. One of our biggest concerns as an online retailer is to verify the validity of every order to ensure that neither you nor us will fall victims to any kind of fraudulent activities.

We ask for your help with some orders that need further verification. If an order cannot be verified, WISPzone.com reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet our standards of a verified valid order. Some order information may need further verification even after obtaining an authorization number from the Financial Institution for fraud avoidance. If the order will not be processed, we will inform you via email. In addition to this, we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information.

Shipping and Delivery

Whenever an order you placed through WISPzone.com ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with the package tracking details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your WISPzone.com account.

WISPzone.com may offer several shipping speeds and all available shipping speeds will show during checkout. The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by the shipper and may be as follows.

  • Ground, USA continental 48 States - May arrive 3 to 10 business days after shipment
  • Expedited, USA continental 48 States - May arrive 3 to 6 business days after shipment
  • Second Day Air, USA continental 48 States - May arrive 2 business days after shipment
  • Next Day Air, USA continental 48 States - May arrive by the end of business the day after shipment
  • Free shipping is ground shipping only within the continental 48 U.S. States. Free shipping is only available for regularly priced items.

Customers can see an estimate of how much the shipping charges would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering the shipping zip code.

Please contact the shipper to obtain status information about your packages. The shipper determines the priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen. If a delivery delay occurs please contact the shipper, as there may be an issue with the delivery address.

If the item appears to have obvious damage when delivered by the shipper, immediately tell the shippers driver you do not want to receive this package. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of approximately 3 days to file the damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged. If the contents are damaged then refuse to accept the package claiming the damage. Obtain a control number from the shipper and contact us with this information at WISPzone.com. Always make sure to get the shipper's damage package control number for your claim.

Verify if any item is missing from your order. If an item is missing check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), contact our customer service at WISPzone.com.

When you order multiple items, it is usual that the shipping charge for your shopping cart is reduced, according to weight and size, and insurance required. Place all items in the shopping cart, pick your state and method of shipping and you will be given shipping options with quotes. You will see if the reduction is applied. The shipping charge is always that quoted on the website.

International Orders

Free shipping and returns are not available for internationally shipped orders. Shipping to certain countries may not be available. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, WISPzone.com reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us. WISPzone.com ships with UPS. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

Important U.S. Shipping Notices

We must receive your order by 11:00 AM Eastern time Monday through Friday so that your order can be shipped the same day. There are no shipping services available on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays. WISPzone.com ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the U.S. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.

Please note that all orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To return a product that the customer has purchased and received, the customer must contact WISPzone.com customer support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). All return shipments must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA number must be put on the package address label. Without this number, we cannot receive the merchandise at our warehouse. To ensure fast service, please include a completed copy of the RMA request form in the package.

An RMA number will be issued for the following two cases:

  • The customer received the product and then returns the product unopened to request a refund. The cost of shipping the product to the customer will not be refunded. A product that has been opened and used cannot be returned for a refund.
  • The customer received the product, which appears to be defective, and the customer requests a replacement product. All RMA returns will be inspected and if stated as defective will be tested. If the defective RMA return is found not to be defective when tested then non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be billed to the credit card used on the original order.

The customer must make all returns within 30 days from the date that the product was delivered, as stated on the shippers tracking information. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

A returned product must be in its original packaging, in new condition with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories that were provided. Incomplete items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

The package must be sent back to us with a carrier that can provide insurance and a tracking number for verification purposes. WISPzone.com will not be responsible for any damage or lost packages during shipping transit.

Opened or tampered-with software is non-returnable. Please refer to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Some items cannot be returned to WISPzone.com and returns of certain products must be made directly through the manufacturer. Our RMA team will advise you of the return instructions for your product once we receive your RMA request form.

WISPzone.com reserves the right to return any open product to the customer if the RMA number issued is for a Factory Sealed product. The customer will be responsible for any freight and shipping charges.

If after 30 days from date delivered, product becomes defective, please contact the manufacturer for their warranty replacement. Unfortunately after 30 days, we can no longer accept a product for return even if factory sealed.

All incomplete items or information that does not match the RMA form will be returned back to the customer at their expense.

All shipping expenses in sending back a defective product for refund or replacement are paid for by the customer. WISPzone.com does not refund shipping charges for refund requests.

If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. We do not stock all our items in one location and therefore we need to return the entire defective product to the manufacturer for a complete replacement.

Items that are in a plastic blister packaging that has been opened must be returned with the plastic packaging.

WISPzone.com does not provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of a product. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Please note that WISPzone.com does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is found to be defective on arrival.
  • Opened memory and storage, including storage devices such as memory sticks and disc drives.
  • Opened software cannot be returned after the software media packaging seal or sticker is broken.

When a product is unopened and returned for a refund then WISPzone.COM will process a credit for the product to the credit card used for the purchase within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of the product. We do not refund shipping charges.


If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via our customer support page. As we ship each order quickly, we can only guarantee the cancellation request of your order under the following circumstances;

  • The item is on hold.
  • Our warehouse has not received the order for processing.
  • The order has not been shipped.

Please Note: There are no charges for cancellations prior to shipping. The customer is held responsible for all shipping charges for orders canceled after shipment.

Products Out of Stock

Although we do our best to ensure that products are available when you need them, occasionally we do run out of stock.

WISPzone.com is committed to having your products delivered quickly. In some cases, due to rapid sales, some products may become unavailable prior to shipping. In this instance, we will refund your credit card and inform you via e-mail.

WISPzone.com does not accept back orders. If the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, it will be shown as “out of stock” on our website.
