All products sold by WISPzone.com are new and carry the full manufacturers warranty. Warranties vary by manufacturer.

Warranty returns are subject to the individual manufacturer's warranty return policy. The customer is responsible for the return shipment of any defective product.

WISPzone.com does not manufacture any products and it makes no product warranties whatsoever. WISPzone.com passes through manufacturer warranties issued for the products it represents.

The customer agrees to consult the manufacturer of the product to be purchased regarding their warranty policy prior to contacting WISPzone.com.

If a customer has difficulty obtaining warranty service from the manufacturer then the customer should contact WISPzone.com for assistance with the manufacturers warranty procedures. If the product purchased is determined to be within the manufacturers' warranty policy then WISPzone.com may assist in obtaining warranty service for the customer.

Product Pricing and Availability

WISPzone.com is dedicated to providing the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information to our customers. WISPzone.com reserves the right to change prices, specifications, availability of products and specifications, as dictated by our suppliers and manufacturers, without prior notice, after the confirmation of the order and prior to product shipment. Product descriptions, photographs, technical information and specifications will be updated as manufacturers changes occur. Any typographical, photographic, or specification errors in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction.

If in the event such changes occur, WISPzone.com reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer via email. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, WISPzone.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the item to you.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WISPzone.com will issue a refund to your credit card within 5 - 7 business days.
